Flexible Metal Ventilation Ducting

"Excellent product and the ducting hose is installed on my Rohde Ecotop 60S kiln and doing a good job (although fumes from the kiln are not ducted away once the bung is in). I rang Bath Potters on receipt as my 2m long hose seemed only to be about 1.5m and didn’t want to stretch. They reassured me that it needed a really tough pull and it did indeed reach the length specified. Some written instruction would have been helpful. A VERY speedy delivery was a bonus!"
