High Temperature Nichrome Wire

Thin fireable Nichrome wire which can be used for firing beads or small ornaments. Nichrome wire can also be used for pinning ceramic fibre blanket in raku kilns. Also for making metal hooks and stilts. It will withstand temperatures of up to around 1150 degrees C.

Weight of piece and number of firings will affect the strength of the wire. Higher tempertures, heavier pieces weaken the performance of the wire. Suggest testing when working with difference clay types.
