Large Burner

"Very powerful raku burner that will easily fire a kiln to over 1000 C. The only problem I've had is in the early stages of firing when I'm taking the kiln up relatively slowly. The burner has a tendency to cut out when the valve is only just open and it is easy to be tempted to open the valve too much in order to keep it lit and therefore fire too fast. I've suffered a cracked kiln shelf as a result of firing too quickly trying to prevent the cutting out. I also needed to add a collar to the lid to increase the kiln height and capacity due to the power of the burner."
