Description
The TE-S series of top loading kilns are high quality kilns for every day applications in professional ceramic workshops. Rohde have constantly been improving this kilns over the past 27 years. It combines state-of-the-art technology with high durability. Many ceramic workshops have already approved of the flexible extension of many kiln models for extending their firing capabilities. The volume of this kiln can be increased to 145lt by purchasing an extension ring.
Standard Equipment
- The bricks in and around the lid have been bevelled, this prevents material from the lid falling into your work
- Lifting the lid is very easy thanks to the aid of mounted spring dampers
- Lids can be adjusted and locked
- An air exhaust opening can be found on the top
- Thermocouples are fitted in a protected position
- Castors are fitted on the rear legs for ease of movement
- The reversible stand allows you to adjust the kiln to a comfortable working height
- Air supply from the base increases the life of the elements
- Models can be disassembled for ease of movement or installation into difficult areas
- Elements are carefully set into fire bricks and securely fastened
- Mortar free top loading lids - tried and tested for over 20 years
- Unique 114mm wall thickness for all models
